Chesterfield Borough Council's prestigious new Healthy Living Centre is situated on the main road going through Staveley.  This magnificent new centre was designed in partnership with AEW Architects and built by Caddick Construction.  it provides Staveley with a venue for health improvement, and many sport and leisure opportunities. 

The building is constructed of high quality and sustainable materials and designed to ensure it is easy to maintain and adaptable. It uses a combined heat and power system, grey water recycling and is well insulated. 

Facilities include a 25m 6 lane swimming pool with adjustable floor and underwater lighting. 

Pirate Themed Soft Play Area with 10m high climbing frame to accommodate 75 children per hour.
