Local Government Act, 1972 – Section 87(2)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a vacancy exists for a BOROUGH COUNCILLOR for the Hollingwood and Inkersall Ward of the Borough of Chesterfield following the resignation of Mick Bagshaw, Councillor for the Hollingwood and Inkersall Ward.
An election to fill the vacancy will be held within 35 days (computed in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1972), after notice in writing has been given to me by two local government electors for the Local Government Area, requesting that an election be held.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that due to the resignation of Dawn Bagshaw, a vacancy has arisen in the Office of Councillor for the Parish Council.
If by 16 June 2022 (14 days excluding Dies Non, after the date of this notice) a request for an election to fill the said vacancy is made in writing to the Returning Officer at the address below by TEN electors for the Duckmanton ward of the said Parish, an election will be held to fill the said vacancy, otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option.
If an election is called, it will take place no later than Friday 9 September 2022.
