Join us on the 12th September, enjoy the charm of Staveley Hall, along with the sounds of the Holymoorside Band.

There will be two sittings taking place on the day, the first will be at 11.30am so if you may have other things planned for the afternoon this one could be for you, with a finish time of 12.30pm.

The second sitting will take place at 1.30pm with a second performance by the Holymoorside Band which will be ending around 2.30pm

Staveley Town Council area residents will receive their vintage to free of charge as this is funded by Staveley Town Council, those wishing to attend from outside of the area may still book however there will be a £5 charge per person.

Upgrades are available to both residents and non-residents, and are at an additional cost.

  • Upgrading your vintage tea to an afternoon tea will add £10 to your vintage tea per person
  • Upgrading by adding a glass of prosecco will add £5 to your total per person. ( age restrictions apply)

 

How to Book

  1. Bookings are to be made via telephone 
  2. The booking line 01246 473132  and will be open between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday only 
  3. Before calling, please ensure you have the full address and post code for all who are to be booked in
  4. After confirmation if a staveley area resident you will be sent via email a confirmation ticket that states your name, table number and time of sitting.
  5. If you are a non-resident the confirmation ticket email will be sent after full payment is received . We will send you an invoice for that payment. 
  6. All dietary requirements and allergies MUST be stated at the time of booking for all of those within the booking
  7. A maximum of 4 people per booking is allowed
  8. You will need to provide an email address for the invoice and/or confirmation to be sent to

if you do not have an email address or access to an email or the internet, do not worry as our booking staff will arrange with you for payment to be made and your confirmation collected. 

 

 

On the Day of the Vintage Tea

  1. Please bring with you your booking ticket confirmation
  2. Arrive at entry point
  3. Show your confirmation to the staff on entry who will direct you.

 

What if I dont have an email or I can’t access by email to pick up my confirmation

If you don’t have an email address or cannot access the internet to get to your email to get to your confirmation ticket don’t worry.

When you make the booking and speak to our staff, we can arrange with you a suitable time for you to collect. 

 

 

How do I make payment

Payment can be made in different ways either via an invoice we can sent to your email , or in cash at an arranged time. Our staff will make sure that this can be done in a way that suits you.

 

 

Accessibility

  1. The grounds are fully accessible for this event however we would ask that if wheelchair or buggy access is required that you make the staff aware of this at the time of booking so that we can make sure that there is space for you to enjoy the day comfortably.
  2. There are also fully accessible facilities inside the Hall to the ground floor.

 

Free Parking

  1. Free parking on site is available though not guaranteed.
  2. There are badged bays to Hall side of the car park.
  3. We ask that drivers do not park on the front lawn.
  4. Please keep the main drive  access clear at all times.
