The purpose of the website is to provide information relating to Staveley Town Council and any issue that is deemed of community interest. Any requests for weblinks and information to be included on the website must be submitted to Staveley Town Council in writing. The website is not intended for the advertisement of businesses or items for commercial gain.

Use of Your Personal Data

In addition, subject to some legal exceptions, you have the right to: • request a copy of the personal information the council holds about you; • to have any inaccuracies corrected; • to have your personal data erased; • to place a restriction on the council’s processing of your data; • to object to processing; and • to request your data to be ported (data portability).
