Free Healthy Living Activity Vouchers & How to Book them

Firstly, please note these are only available for Staveley Town Council area residents. If you are not living in area that Staveley Town Council oversee then unfortunately you will not be able to take part on this offer. instead please view our other events for general public on our Events Page

What is available?

Family Swim - up to 4 people ( up to a maximum of two adults)

Free Family Swim Tickets are available for use on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday in the following weeks:

  • 27th July – 31st July
  • 10th August – 14th August 
  • 24th – 28th August,

if you require an additional individual swim to be used only in conjunction with the Free Family swim please request this at the same time

Before you book your free activities, please ensure that you have read the Swimming Pool’s Admission Policy on the Healthy Living Centre Website.

 

 

Soft Play (Play Zone) Sessions

Free Soft Play Tickets are available for use on a Tuesday or Thursday within the following weeks:

  • 27th July – 31st July
  • 10th August – 14th August 
  • 24th – 28th August,

Height restriction of 148cm applies

Before you book your free activities please ensure that you have read the Terms and Conditions of use of the Healthy Living Centre website 

How do Book

  1. Visit our Free Eventbrite Bookings Page and complete your details, selecting the dates you require, you will receive a notifcation and QR code for this booking slot.
  2. We will then contact you for your proof of ID via email 
  3. Once we have know that your are a resident of the Staveley area we will verify your booking.
  4. Any un-verified bookings will not allow access at the Healthy Living Centre 

On the Day of Use

  1. Arrive at entry point
  2. Show/ Scan your entry QR code or booking reference at reception
  3. Enjoy your sessions fully funded by Staveley Town Council.
  4. Reminder: Please ensure that you have read the Terms & Conditions of use on the Healthy Living Centre website via the blue links above to ensure that the correct adult to child ratios are maintained if swimming, or that children are within the correct regulations for use of the Play Zone.

What if someone can't book on to Eventbrite, or if I have a problem accessing the internet? Can I still get free activities?

Yes. If you or someone you know cannot access the internet or has no email etc and needs to book their free tickets by talking to us, we can help.

Please advise them, that as long as they are a Staveley Area Resident then they can call us on 01246 473132 and we will be able to carry out that booking for you on your behalf subject to availability.

Please ensure that if you/they  are going  to phone, that proof of ID is  next to the phone to prevent further calls . We will then give instructions of how to receive the vouchers/ free sessions in this instance once verified.
